Expedition and delivery

How long does it take to receive an order?

Our average delivery times are 14 to 17 working days.

For certain products, we are able to deliver you in less than 72 hours.

To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers and therefore have no intermediary. This allows us to offer you really advantageous prices compared to what you might have in a physical shop.

In any case, if you do not receive your item within 60 days, we reimburse you in full and you can keep the object when you receive it.

Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs?

We deliver everywhere in mainland France.

The shipping costs are offered for any order from € 50.

Otherwise, our shipping costs amount to € 4.95 in standard delivery and € 6.95 in express delivery.

Where are you coming from?

Our company is entirely French and we ship our packages directly from our producers located in Europe and Asia.

Who delivers my article?

Your items are delivered through your local post service.

What are the delivery times?

The items are delivered according to the terms of your local post office.

What's going on if no one is at home?

Do not worry, our items will be left in your postal box if they are quite small.

Otherwise, your package will be left to your post office where you can remove it.

I was wrong with a delivery address, what to do?

Do not worry, if your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be delighted to update your information.

Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sales, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no more modification can be made.

It lacks articles on my order, where are they?

We work with several suppliers, when you place an order, each supplier takes care of a particular product.

If you order 5 different items, you will therefore receive 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower).

On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, then they will all be sent in 1 package.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure. And to tell the truth, we could even say that it is 300%.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by bank card or via your PayPal account on our site.

We do not accept bank checks, transfers or even payment at the reception.

How does it go if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% "satisfied or reimbursed" warranty!

If, for any reason, the product is not suitable for your expectations, you can send it back to us within 14 days after receipt and we fully refund the amount of the item as soon as it will happen At this address:

However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and return costs must be paid by you.
